The second edition of the CIRC Award took place at Prayag on February 25, 2017. The award recognised and celebrated the work of those centres that have done exemplary work at the grassroots, and have brought about positive transformations in their communities. This year out of the ninety three nominations, eleven centres were declared winners, across five categories, all of whom have made huge impact in their communities and continue to strive towards digitally empowering people of all class and cadre.
