CIRC in Saidanpur, under the Baank-e-loom project, conducted a meeting with homemakers from surrounding villages to let them know about upcoming jute training sessions that are going to be held at the centre. These training sessions will be conducted by DEF, with support from National Jute Board of India. This initiative recognises the fact that skill development is an important step towards empowering women.
