Post a brief recap from the previous day, CIRC team member Saba began with a special ice-breaker session, called the rope game. The aim was to bring the participants closer and give them an opportunity to know each other. Afterwards, CIRC team member Mohd. John, along with Dr Siddique delivered a session on CIRC Management and operations, in which CIRC sustainability was also discussed. Quite a response was observed during this session as participants openly shared their opinions and experiences. Afterwards, team member Jayanti explained the importance of case stories and how to write them. Post this, CIRC team member Hamid explained about CIRC accounting, while Monika cleared queries regarding HR management. All of this happened amidst exchange of colourful chart-papers, buntings, hats and placards as participants eagerly waited to start the CIRC rally. And as the sun began to set, the entire CIRC team stepped out united on the busy street of Gachibowli calling out slogans of Digital India, CIRC, DEF and computer literacy. Children from the local area joined in the march as adult watched with curiosity. The team assembled at the local government Primary School which also homes CIRC Anjaiahnagar. As the team appreciated the communication material displayed on the centre walls, which included picture galleries, Centre Coordinator Manikanta, along with CIRC Yamuna Nagar Coordinator Rahul and Trainer Mohini elucidated about community mapping. Giving a pleasant surprise to the team CIRC, DEF Founder-Director Osama Manzar arrived at the centre and had a brief interaction with the team.
The day indeed created some great memories that would forever stay with team CIRC.
