British Council’s ‘English and Digital for Girl’s Education (EDGE) programme, in collaboration with Digital Empowerment Foundation, has started in CIRC Mankara, in West Bengal, with fourteen girls enrolled in the course. EDGE is a programme that aims to empower adolescent girls by enhancing their english proficiency and digital skills.
