On World No Tobacco Day, the CIRC at Saidanpur, under the Baank-e-loom project, organised a programme to raise awareness on the ill effects of tobacco. The programme was facilitated through a video screening, and was followed by a brief discussion. CIRCs are hubs of the community that not only provide ICT services, but also a space for people to come together for a variety of activities.
