World Telecommunication and Internet Society Day is celebrated on May 17 every year. CIRC Halduchaur hosted a special event, wherein the students gave presentations on the effects of ICT in changing the ways we communicate. They also spoke about how digital interventions had brought change to their own lives. CIRCs continue to digitally empower communities by equipping them with knowledge and skills.
