CIRC Inaugurated at Haldwani, Uttarakhand
Halduchur, Haldwani (Uttarakhand) welcomed its first CIRC (support by Indus Towers) on 30th August, 2015. The centre was inaugurated by Sri Harishchandra Durgapal, Cabinet Minister Uttarakhand. With his kind words, he wholeheartedly appreciated the CIRC initiative.
