‘Although my uncle had a computer at his house, I never quite learnt how to use it. But when I got myself enrolled in the computer course at CIRC, I learned so many things. Now I know how to read an online newspaper, read mails, work on Facebook, watch videos on YouTube, search information using Google and work with Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint and many other things. I am so happy to be a part of CIRC’

‘I never thought that I would ever learn computers, but when I came to know about CIRC, I, along with my friend started going to CIRC Vijay Mandir. Although we have computers in our school, we are allowed to work of them only sometimes. In school, all I learned is to work with Paint. But after visiting the CIRC, I learned to work with Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, besides the internet. I learned how to create an email id and how to send and receive mails. I also learned video calling and chatting. My teachers soon recognized computer skills, and today I have been made the monitor of my class. All credit goes to CIRC’

media-coverage“I am happy that women in my village are learning computers. This is indeed a good initiative. Women now stay updated about current information. They have become more knowledgeable and this has enabled them to come forward, participate and contribute towards overall development of the community.”

“The sight of computers always intrigued me. However, we could learn computers only at school. But now, we don’t have to go anywhere. We can learn computers at our doorstep because of mobile van. We have learnt how to open and save files. We can draw pictures using paint tool.
