CIRC Hariharpara empowers SHG with computer training located in in West Bengal, CIRC Hariharpara is engaged in imparting digital literacy and enhancing computer skills of the members of a Self Help Group. This SHG is based in a village located 17 kms from CIRC Hariharpara and lacks basic educational infrastructure such as primary and high-school.
