On the eve of Ambedkar Jayanti, CIRC Nichlagarh coordinator, Dhanraj Dabi, organised a discussion on the life of BR Ambedkar and the constitution of India. This was followed by a rally during which they the community members and the CIRC staff further disseminated information on the importance of knowing your rights, as a part of being active citizens of the country.
