CIRC provides a range of services; Digital Literacy courses, Digital services and one of the most important; citizen services. Citizen services involve availing services using internet connectivity. It includes filling online forms, booking railway tickets; applying for jobsites. CIRC Jauhar Academy mobilized a few school teachers from a nearby government school who were keen on pursuing a Diploma in Education. Diploma in Education is Diploma certificate teacher training program. The middle school teachers visited the center, learnt about the procedure of filling an online application and successfully filled the online form for D.Ed.
